The guy didn't want to fight. He fell to his back everytime Anderson looked at him funny. Not a lot you can do in that situation. No reason to take a stupid risk and let some scrub land a hard shot on you.

Lol, I actually did enjoy that kick.. aswell as all of Andrson's kicks that had to have damn near tore Leites MCL. But dancing around trying to act like you're toying with him? Pls.. all that was a BS show cause he knew Leites was making it tough to finish him. I mean.. Anderson wanted to strike, dont get me wrong.. he was leaving his chin WAY out there trying to bait Leites, but if this guy is the best b4b in the world, hes got to put on a better show than that, find a way to close off your opponent and finish the fight. Seems like the only way Silva can finish someone is by letting them attack and countering, he cant take the fight to you for some reason even is they are clearly out classes and shouldnt even be in the cage with him

What I find interesting about all those little low kicks and side kicks that Silva threw is that they forced Leities to keep his distance. It was almost certainly intended to make Leites shooting in for a takedown more difficult. But it also made the fighter tougher on Silva, as Leites was rarely in range for strikes (might not have been anyway) and made it tougher to grab a clinch.

I was telling my boy the other day I dont even rank Anderson in the top 3 before the fight and now I have even more fire for him I feel. IMO GSP, Rashad Evans and Machida are all better p4p than Anderson. Others are arguable. Dont get me wrong, he dominated on points last nite, but he should've been able to finish Leites.. its not like Leites has an iron chin... props to Anderson for atleast trying to make him lose by tore ACL due to kicks tho.
