Thompson Lands First Recruits of the Year

Bloomington, IN - Anthony Thompson used his recruiting prowess last year to land one of the top classes in Indiana history. This year, it took him a little longer, but he still managed to snag a few good recruits early in the year.

Peter Holmes is a four-star defensive tackle from Merryville, Louisiana. He led his team with 18 sacks last year, and set the school record with 41 sacks in his career. Even though he recorded 40+ sacks, he only had 84 tackles in his career. "He gets all of his tackles from sacks," said coach Anthony Thompson. "But that's why we recruited him; we want him to get sacks. We don't need him to get tackles. We need him to stop the quarterback."

The other recruit is Graham Carroll, the 3rd rated recruited in the entire nation. The middle linebacker from Indianapolis, Indiana had been hoping to go to Indiana since day 1. "I had them second or third on my list, but I always wanted to go to Indiana," said Carroll. "I didn't want my family thinking that I was going to play for a local team. They wanted me to go across the country to schools like Oregon or California, but I wanted to stay around home."

Indiana now has the 6th rated recruiting class in the nation.

Do you use Ps for your layout?

Belcher was supposed to get some votes for the Heisman, but sucked in early games. He's now returning to championship form . Carroll will be a beast for me in later years. Any time you can get a 5-star recruit, he'll do well.

And no, I don't use photoshop. I use paint.

Indiana Survives Shootout with Wisconsin, 47-32

Bloomington, IN - Indiana prepared for a tough offensive battle with the Wisconsin Badgers, but they expected nothing like the 47-32 win that the Hoosiers went through.

"We knew we were in for a tough battle from the moment the game started," said defensive end Steve Butler. "[The Wisconsin Badgers] jumped out to an early lead, and we knew that we had our hands full."

Jammone Chester, one of the rising stars on this Indiana roster, almost ended the game early. He turned the ball over twice in the Hoosiers first two possessions, and the turnovers led to a quick 10 points by Wisconsin. "I thought the game was over," said Chester, "but I figured 'I might as well try as hard as I can the rest of the way." And true to his word, he played as hard as he could the rest of the game. He put Indiana on his shoulders and carried them on a 21-0 run before the defense gave up a quick touchdown and field goal to end the half.

The 3rd quarter was when Indiana really started to shine. A pick six by Chris Adkins followed by a Deleon Eskridge touchdown run gave the Hoosiers a 35-19 lead heading into the 4th and final quarter. And even though Wisconsin tried to fight back (they scored 13 points to start the 4th quarter to make the game 35-32), Indiana held off the furious comeback with three goal line interceptions in the final two minutes. "Every time Wisconsin was about to score, we stopped them," said head coach Anthony Thompson. "I couldn't be prouder of the way our team played."

The Hoosiers hope to keep their National Title hopes alive as they prepare to face the Iowa Hawkeyes next week.

Read through this and gotta say you are doing a good job with the team. Winning a little sooner than expected, but nothing is wrong with that.

I have the same problems you have with EASportsWorld and don't know if you are still having those troubles, but I will tell you how I do it so I can get 9 pictures at a clip before it stops uploading for a few hours in case it may help you out.

In the "Media Lounge" you click on "My Media" then there is 3 boxes to check "Video - Images - Highlight Reel". All 3 are checked and you get your 3 pics, then you upload more pictures and you uncheck the video selection and the new pics should be there. Upload 3 more picks and uncheck highlights and those new pics should show up. After that though you are screwed until the site decides to upload more.

Just throwing that out there if you are unaware. It could be something completely different than my problem, but thats how I figured out how to solve it for me.


Keep up the good work here and I'm sure a NC won't be too far into the future!

That won't work for me. We may very well have the exact same problem, but my account got fucked up. When I first got the Xbox 360 along with NCAA 09, I created Packersfan4eva as my gamertag. After hooking it up to EASW, I couldn't figure out how to make Packersfan a gold membership, so I started a new account (TANFORDJAMEZ) to sign up for the 3 free months of gold membership. Using the benefits of gold membership, I made that my primary account.

This is where EASW fucked me over. It wouldn't let me use the gamertag for my EASW account Packersfan4eva. Whenever I try and add it, even though TANFORDJAMEZ has no account linked to it, EASW says that the account is already taken. So I can't do anything to name, edit, delete, etc. my pictures or videos because the account (according to the website) isn't mine.

Just kidding, no update tonight. I have a huge test tomorrow, so I'm studying like crazy.

I'm not sure if this works for NCAA football, but it works for NCAA basketball. I just take a screenshot and upload it to EA Sports World. Then I go online, go to easports website and click on Media Lounge. I then go down, click on by category, click on the game...then your team. Videos / screenshots should come up. Search manually for your pic/video you want.

Again, not sure if it works for football, but it's what I do for basketball

That's what I do for my pictures. But sometimes when I upload a 4th picture all that shows up for a while is a white box with a camera. So that's why a few of my updates have only 3 pictures
