Wrestling definately draws the mouth breathers. Its a culture Vince largely cultivated, and now fights tooth and nail due to the low ad rates that come his way. Wrestling was a suit and tie crowd many decades ago. It wouldn't have stayed that way, but its now the polar opposite.

I've heard SHIMMER shows bring out the absolute worst of the worst in terms of creepy, smelly mouth breathers.

I could only imagine the bevy of pathetic creepers who would take a break from their internet porn for three hours to oggle the likes of Ms Chif and Krissy Vain.

Yeah, I've heard it's just absolutely awful. And when they run in Chicago the place they go to has like $1 draft beers.

That just seems like a bad idea.

It draws them in droves, and it seems the lower you go, the worse the crowd is. The WWE will have its fair share of non-mouth breathers, but I am sure if you go to TNA events or ROH events (I assume its the same as the ECW crowd with some more young adults though) you get a slightly lower class of character, but once you get to stuff like Shimmer, CHIKARA, or even local shows, you get the bottom dwellers...I remember going to some local bum shows when I less judgmental back in the day and I just remember it being a small group of people but loaded with old drunks, mutants, and other unkempt fucks.

lol I was expecting Miz to come out after he had an "anxiety attack" for his KOTR qualifying match. However I was expecting him to be the first man to lose after cashing in MITB. That said, interested in where they take this now. Very eventful RAW, happy their letting CM Punk continue commentary.

That's the first full mark-out moment the WWE has given me in a long, long time.

The Miz is old school. He goes into business for himself and gets himself over big time. Every bit of heat he has he's earned... it isn't Stephanie and her gang of creative writing majors (I will give them credit for teaming him and Morrison on ECW... I think Miz learned more from a few months with Morrison than in all the time he spent at OVW and Deep South).

One thing I'll give the WWE credit for right now; going "PG" meant taming down the storylines, and I think a side effect has been more allowing wrestlers to get themselves over and making their matches more meaningful. WWE has gone from a 3 on the 10 point scale to around a 5... keep pushing Bourne, Miz, Sheamus, and the other younger guys, and it'll keep climbing.

Bourne is hurt and has been off TV for about a month. Hopefully he'll be back before Mania.

Sheamus is getting ready to do battle with Hunter again, we'll see how that goes.

Last time I marked out for WWE TV was when Punk cashed in MITB to win the belt.

And atleast Danielson is having the best matches on WWE PPVs these days.

Things could be worse.

Former adult star and now wrestling valet Trina Michaels was just nominated for a 2011 AVN Award for Cross Over Star of the Year for going from porn to wrestling. Awards are January 8th at the Palms in Vegas.

Laugh out loud @ "Crossover Star Of The Year". Crossover into what, exactly? Standing at ringside in front of 27 people at local YMCA's & Elk's lodges?

High standards, these AVN's have.

sidenote-Showtime showed these awards last year, and watching it made my skin crawl. Hey, i'm a man, I dabble in the occassional porn flick on dark lonely nights, but that awards show was just....creepy. In many ways.

WWE is in the process of changing all Raw house show lineups from John Cena to Juan Cena, who will be Cena most likely under a mask, billed as his Mexican cousin, and doing the old Midnight Rider gimmick.
