Ever taken an economics course? The Heat are paying more for players, so they are charging the fans more to see these players.

That'd be like Alabama fans complaining about the price of season tickets after they gave Nick Saban a $6 million per year contract, or Yankees fans complaining about ticket prices when they praise their owner for being "wanting to win" and going into the luxury tax every year.

Once the winning begins, Heat fans won't mind paying a little extra, to see greatness.

I don't see why they should deny it - I'll say it again, competent organizations improve their teams during the offseason. Buying championships is what it's all about - if your team isn't buying a championship, they're doing it wrong. Miami Heat managed to sign Wade, Bosh, James: I can't stand the NBA, and even I think that's pretty fucking impressive... and you know what? I haven't watched the NBA since Drexler retired, but my TV will be on later tonight.

Lakers are by far more expensive right now... Kobe basically makes only 4 mil less then Bosh and Lebron TOGETHER

Well over 50% of the league is over the cap limit. The Lakers do have the highest cap number.. and there are many teams that have a higher number then Miami.

We can't really count the Lakers, though, can we? I mean, Kobe won those championships ''on his own.'' I'm just shocked how Shaq still gets credit for any of his rings, since he had both Kobe and Wade carry his fat ass.

I had to edit my post because Hoopshype has fishy Cap numbers.

People dont realize that the only time in his career when Kobe really didnt have much help (and the team still was pretty decent) he actually missed the playoffs entirely.
