still trying to figure out the great format, the original one i had planned didn't work becuz paint is bullshit. but my current fullback has a 48 overall, but i just bench him the whole time. and i didn't mean to recruit him. i just offered him a scholarship and he accepted on the first try. he'll work well in the red zone for me next year

Landing a :3star: FB isnt bad at all. In an online dynasty the number one overall recruit was a FB and he turned out to be an animal after I landed him. Usually FBs are like :3star: or :2star:, so that was pretty pimp to get one as a number one overall recruit.

he's one of my favorite backs in the game. he's not extremely fast, but he had like 20 broken tackles.\

Indiana Wins Game, Loses Willis to Injury

Mount Pleasant, IN - Midway through an easy win for the Hoosiers, Darius Willis complained about pains in his ankle. The pains were so bad, he had to be taken out after just 9 rushes. After doctors looked at his right ankle, they discovered that it had been sprained on his long touchdown run in the 1st quarter. He's out for two weeks.

"It hurts when I walk, run, sit, etc. I guess you could say it hurts doing everything," he told us after the game. "I've been taking like 50 painkillers a day to ease the pain. It's not fun."

Besides losing Willis to injury, everything else was great for the Hoosiers. Especially the freshman. "They played like veterans out there," Coach Thompson said. "If you weren't an Indiana fan, you would have never suspected that it was their first game." Jammone Chester was amazing at quarterback, the "Future of the Indiana Defense" (Tim Alexander, LOLB) led the team with 8 tackles and 1 TFL, and first year starter Darius Willis was awesome, rushing for 110 yards on 9 carries and a touchdown.

Indiana hopes to continue their hot streak next week against Arkansas State.

extremely srry about the lack of updates lately, cross country has made me extremely busy. i am going to try to get back into the swing of things starting friday or saturday, since i have a cross country meet tomorrow

Coach Thompson's Recruiting Magic Lands 2 Players

Bloomington, Indiana - Coach Anthony Thompson has used his amazing recruiting skills to land 2 recruits already this year.

Don Brown, a 6'1 215 fullback from Nashville, Indiana is one of the best fullbacks to set foot on the Indiana campus in years. Actually, he's one of the ONLY fullbacks to play for Indiana. An avid Indiana fan, who wished to remain anonymous, told us that he has never seen a true fullback line up for the Hoosiers. "I've been following Hoosiers for football for 60 years, and I have never seen a true fullback. I've seen halfbacks that fill in as a fullback, but never a player who was just one. The fact that we would recruit one is just amazing."

The other recruit, Beau Walker, is the best recruit that Thompson has ever gotten to go to Indiana. A four star safety from Fairview Park, Ohio, is the 6th rated free safety in the 2010-2011 Recruiting Class. A dominant cover safety, he led the state of Ohio with 11 interceptions last year. That stat was boosted because of his 5 interception game in the Regional Finals (which they lost, surprisingly), but that is still an amazing stat. Not only can he drop back into coverage, however, he is also a great tackler. Said his high school coach John Booth Wilkes, "I have almost never seen him miss a tackle once he gets his arms wrapped around the guy. He's that good."

Let's hope Thompson can keep up his amazing recruiting.

i usually have a hard time getting ANYONE to commit. but this guy, all i had to do was offer him a scholarship and he accepted. i love it when that happens
