It doesn't say for sure but it doesn't make any sense at all for a Philippine doctor to risk his medical license just so some random chick would get an abortion. It sounds like a lie to me.

Don't know about those statistics though. They are from the WHO so i guess it could be true but i find it hard to believe. What are these doctors motivation?

Also the Philippines sounds like a pretty corrupt country.
