just getting spectre status back. But even that doesnt seem to matter. And i dont think udina will give it to you. I guess it would depend on your ME1 import. I killed the council, so udina doesnt like me

How do I get my Spectre status

And for some reason, it isn't importing any of my ME1 profiles. Is there something specific I have to set up?

samaras loyalty....

 

i got full renegade and was able to kill samara and take mornith. her special power, dominate is kick ass. its like AI hacking but for organics. forces them to battle each other. Not only that, but i was able to get the unlimited skill points glitch to work. i dont know if its really a glitch or a bonus for using mornith.

u need a ton of element zero. goto research and do retrain powers, but DONT re-distibute any points. then goto advanced training and select dominate and you will have 1 extra skill point.....you will see this extra point only when when you retrain your powers again......again, select retrain powers and dont distribute the points. then do advanced training, select dominate.

repeat this process until you got all the extra points you want, or until you run out of element zero. Remember to save 2500 EZ so you can retain powers 1 last time to now distribute your points.

You mentioned something earlier about a glitch or 2 for renegade points. Wanna share?

I'm currently at level 27, 1 open squad slot, and 4 loyalty missions left, miranda, tali, samara, and the last one for the last spot. I currently have the renegade meter at about 80%, and don't think I will be able to get enough on miranda and tali's loyalty missions to get me to 100%...

that renegade glitch is at the beginning of the game. It can also be used for paragon.

Another approach is in the beginning of the game when Shepard must escape the station he revived from. After the Commander heals Wilson and uses Overload on the explosive crates, while heading for the exit, Jacob interrupts to explain that Cerberus funded the Lazarus project. During the conversation you may choose "That sounds familiar..." and "I'll never work for Cerberus!" for paragon points or "You lied to me." and "What are you after?" for renegade points. After the conversation, go into cover against the box on the left, then save. Load that save file up and Shepard should be at the same spot, albeit not in cover. As you approach the exit, the conversation will start up again and can be repeated.

i did this save process 15 times. it gets old real fast. you get 4 points each time so i got 60 points doing this. I am glad i did it too. When i got to samara's loyalty mission i had done everything possible without going to the IFF. I chose only renegade or neutral and just barley got full renegade

when u have just a paragon or neutral option, neutral was always better and gave me a small amount of renegade points.

btw, doing tali's loyalty mission with renegade gave me 37 points when the mission ended

Now that the only thing left for this playthrough is the IFF mission and beyond, I'm taking a break until the new DLC comes out. Then I'll play that and finish of this 2nd playthrough.

i love playing as an adept. Its alot of fun. I also took your advice and assigned my crews powers to the d-pad. I like using them in that way

that last sequence with the illusive man, i am going the renegade route which means giving him what he wants

It's ME2 so I'll be getting it. That and I have some points burning a hole in my virtual pocket. I'll post any impressions I have after, but if it's anything like Shadow Broker quality wise, I'm excited.

So, I finished it yesterday. For starters, it isn't very long. I did it on Insanity as well, which was actually quite challenging considering all of it but a brief segment is Shepherd only. It's certainly not as good as Shadow Broker, but in terms of a lead-in to ME3, I enjoyed it. It's just rather simplistic in nature; no huge decisions that change the game (it's pretty much linear); one consistent path throughout; and nothing really great to collect unless you need credits in your game. It's hard to not at least recommend it a little if you have the spare points, but I do think that it's probably the 3rd best DLC behind Shadow and Overlord, personally.

Okay, does this work with Dominate at any time? Or do you have to start the game with Dominate?

So I am finally getting to play this game. As I noted before it is awesome and blows ME1 out of thew water. This new normandy is nice. I am not sure if I want bang Miranda yet but those tits are just staring me in the face....I am not sure I am going to be able to stay faithful to good ole Ashely. I think I am going to see if this bitch is as perfect as she says she is.

Oh yeah I will save humanity as a side mission.

So, I'm finally getting in to this game after plowing through the original. I know, I know. Welcome to two years ago.

Anyways, I was wondering: Besides Shadow Broker, what are the must-have DLCs for this?

i dont even think shadow broker is worth buying.

play through the entire game and you will see you dont need the DLC. of course i played through ME2 3 times before i did the DLC so i was burnt out by then
