The worst part of LaGuerta is the fact if you worked in an office type environment, you'd hate her guts. She climbs the ladder with no talent but the ability to kiss ass and put on a good public face.

And suck dick. Don't forget that. She sucked a lil dick on the way up too.

Anyway i don't think the show has gotten terrible, it's just not as good as it's peak trinity season, which honestly, it was never gonna live up to that seasons standards again. I just hope they find a good way to wrap the series up next season.

I'm the King of the Dexter-haters, here are my thoughts -

Killing Issak, the best character since Lithgow, and making his storyline meaningless was absolutely atrocious. They even botched his death.

LaGuerta shoulda been killed in the pilot, this absolutely disgusts me that this is where the story has ended up.

At least next episode is titled "Surprise, Mothafucka"

Hannah McKay is hot. I hated her at first, but now I want her to kill Deb. I, too thought it was pretty obvious that Deb drugged herself..

Angel retiring means he's gunna die.

Quinn is useless kill him or ship him off to Vegas.

I hate-watch this so hard I don't know if I want it to be good anymore. I WANT it to get worse, which means it's actually getting better. #keanuwhoa

Admittedly, it's just a guess on my part (based on the episode title) ... but, really, it's not like TV hasn't been this outlandish. Dallas let Bobby Ewing die and pretend the entire season was a dream. (OK, showing my age)

While I hate LaGuerta, and where they are taking this storyline, to be fair - she didn't get on this hunch until she found the blood slide at the scene of Travis Marshall's killing.

I definitely want to see what prompts his arrest. So far, with everything LaGuerta has...it's just not enough. It wouldn't stick in court. Her hunch is not proof, all she has is a blood slide and a list of Miami metro personnel with boats. That's pretty much it. So the next episode should reveal some more evidence against him (i.e. Hannah McKay speaks out, etc.).

I decided to watch the preview for the season 7 finale because I wanted to see if I could see where Doakes is when he says "Surprise Motherfucker!" The only reason I did it was because I was thinking it may be a flashback as I know he followed Dex one time to the port and said it. I figured, it may be a flashback to that scene, but, I was able to pause the video when they flashed it and it looks to be inside Miami Metro. Also, it looks like Dex and HM are hooking up behind bars as well. This Doakes thing is interesting b/c I only remember him saying that when he was following Dexter. I found that scene and it doesn't match what is flashed, very quickly, on-screen of Doakes. Take it FWIW, it is fun to speculate though.

It's probably a Dexter hallucination. Keeping Doakes alive would be absolutely pathetic, which is where I want to see this show go.

If the show is going where the previews have it going, I am going to be disgusted

The more I watch this show, the more I wonder why people still like it. It's not exactly deep, most of the twists this season have been horribly predictable and there just doesn't seem to be any direction, what are we on now the 5th or 6th main plotline of the season?

Only reason I still watch is because its almost over and I'm like fuck it, watched this much might as well finish. I know all this has to be going somewhere since its ending
