This season has sucked so far...usually i enjoy TUF, but the first 3 fights have been weak. Some of these guys look like they have never fought before.

So again, I ask you, what did you want Nelson to do? Give up a completely dominant position? I'm baffled by your train of thought here.

Did you want Dean to stand them up? That would have been completely unfair, considering Kimbo was doing nothing to improve his position, and Nelson was throwing blow after blow to his skull. Even if they got stood up, Nelson would have taken him right down again and did the same thing.

This fight was just utter and complete domination, I dont see how anyone could see it different or knock Nelson's performance.

It doesn't have anything to do with standing up and fighting or losing his dominate position, the problem was Nelson's mentality going into the fight. He had no intention of landing any hard punches on the ground which is why he said what he did prior to the fight. Even Thompson landed better punches than that from the same position against Kimbo. Yes, he still dominated the fight and moved on, but there was 0 sense of intensity or aggression on the part of Nelson. If you're going to win by playing patti-cake on someones forehead then at least do something else through the course of the fight.

you cant really blame a guy not going all out on this show when he might fight again in a couple weeks, I would have loved to see roy really open up, but he just punched the clock and went home, just another day at the office against a guy who had nothing for him on the mat

I'm from this train of thought.

The idea is to put together a winning gameplan, execute, and move on. He did that, so I can't fault him. Especially in an environment like TUF, where you never knwo when your name will be called.

It's not like he pulled a Tito lay and pray. He crucifixed the man twice and pounded his head with close to 100 unanswered punches.

I watched it.. Demeco was looking good but Schaub should great resilience, capitalized when he had a chance to roll Demco over and then pulled off a really dope move for sweet submission finish after looking like he was in trouble.

You know whats hilarious tho? Calling Kimbo drops. Me and my boy were watching it and we started playing a drinking game with whenever Kimbo was shown on TV, good times. It was like a lock that you'd get a glimpse of Kimbo every 3 minutes. Sneaky bastards wanted us to believe Kimbo would fight again this week too.. and they gonna keep doing that. Total hypocrisy by Dana White.. biggest hypocrisy ive ever seen on his behalf.

That was probably the best fight so far, at least from a technical standpoint. LOL at Mitrione being scared of Big Baby and "accidentally" letting their matchups slip in conversation. Then again, from what theyve shown, he's a scary dude, from the clips, he's got solid bjj, and if he hits you, he kills you, the only thing I've seen to knock him on is his cardio

wtf is up with Rampage going to eat instead of prepping his fighter and then not even wanting to be around him after the fight. That shit was cold.

Rampage is clearly doing this only for the paycheck. He has very little interest in the fighters themselves outside of Kimbo. He leaves Demeco hanging in the pre-fight and doesn't even bother to talk to his fighter post-fight because he's upset that his team lost another fight. Are you fucking kidding me?

Yeah not coming in to talk to your fighter post-fight was the ultimate dick move. This season has really made me dislike Rampage.

He was Hungry I guess.

Rampage is by the far the funniest MMA fighter ever, but his coaching is not so good. I think he even told Dana "i dont wanna coach" but Dana made him or something.

The only redeeming part about Rampage is how he constantly shits on Big Country. That part is hilarious.

cool, i will have to check these fights out, as i essentially know nothing about techinique of MMA fighting..... when guys get taken down honestly i get bored after about 30 seconds.... i recognize that there is a immense amount of talent and strategy needed for that style/type of fighting but when you see certain fighters do it it looks down right terrible......
