If the Saints didn't have a single personal foul, a single late hit, a single roughing the passer, a single penalty the last three seasons, it still would't change the fact that putting bounties on people is fundamentally wrong and something that should never be accepted or casually disregarded.

MMA is a combat sport. Guys win by knocking each other out, forcing them to submit, a decision or having a ref stop the fight.

You win a football game by scoring, making tackles and moving on with your life. Once it becomes a case where you're getting paid bonuses to do shady shit, the NFL is coming after them.

No shit football is about hitting. Half the fans of the NFL love the violence. But violence during the course of a game is one thing...it's another when...can you guess it by now?....
